Recruitment of agents is an important activity for Senior Business Associates, Development Officers, Chief Life Insurance Advisors, Unit Managers, Sales Managers, Agency Development Managers, etc. The number of agents being recruited is falling and we at IIST have decided to help the backbone of the life insurance sector to once again instill life into the sector. (For purposes of convenience we shall use the term Development Officers to represent all positions in the life insurance industry that are responsible for the recruitment, nurturing and managing agents).
