I was trained by IIST, which is the reason today I have earned a name at an all-India level. I have trained approximately 1500 agents on Gold Mine because of which many Minimum Business Guarantee agents have become club members. I have also trained 16 development officers out of which 13 were non-incentive earners. All have become incentive earners

The training you provided on fact finding has eliminated the fear of uncertainty in terms of what to speak to the client. Each time I met a client I always was in a confused state of mind as to where to start from and what to tell/ask the customer. The training you offered was a blessing in disguise from God. It has given clarity as to the salient points to be shared with the customer and the manner in which it needs to be spoken. At the end of the session the customers are glad to have met me and have received the information that they havent received it before. In fact as I mentioned to you one of the customers, even before he took the policy asked me to meet one of his friends as he liked the way I put things across to him. His friend took a plan instantly for Rs 60,000 premium per annum.
