How the Course will be conducted

Five steps to completing the Course successfully

  1. Enroll for the Course
  2. Level 1: Complete Level 1 online assignments within 4 days of joining the Course
  3. Level 2: Once Level 1 assignments are completed successfully to the satisfaction of your faculty register for the 2-day classroom coaching. Attend the coaching at no extra training fee, though you will have to bear the cost of travel, food and lodging at the city where the coaching will be held. Lunch on both days of coaching will be provided at no extra cost to you. Learn how to identify potential candidates, what to tell them about an agency career and how to select them.
  4. Level 3: On completion of Level 2, you will be instructed on your field activities to be undertaken in Level 3. Undertake the field activities, as taught to you in the classroom, on a daily basis, to the satisfaction of your faculty and report your activities online on a daily basis. The activities are designed to help you move in the market and meet potential candidates.
  5. Recruit and activate at least 5 agents with 3 policies each within 30 days of completion of Level 2 classroom coaching. On receiving an endorsement from your branch manager that you have recruited and activated at least 5 agents with at least 3 policies each, you will be awarded a Certificate which you can proudly display at your workplace.
