Please read the Enrolment Conditions carefully. It will give you an idea of your responsibilities. Later before payment of the training fee you will be required to agree to each of them

1. Recruitment Ki SHAKTI is a hybrid Course consisting of online and field assignments and classroom coaching. All assignments and classroom attendance are compulsory and should be undertaken to the satisfaction of your assigned faculty.
2. The assignments are time-bound and for each activity the time duration is indicated in the Course. Depending on the activity the duration for each of the assignments may vary from 2 days to 30 days. In some cases there may be 2 to 3 assignments that will be simultaneously assigned to you. You will be required to undertake all assignments within the time limits specified. Not undertaking the assignments within the assigned time frame will lead to disqualification.
3. You will report on a daily basis through the online reporting system. Not reporting daily will lead to a disqualification from the Course.
4. The login id is issued for a single user. This facility should not be misused by a number of persons using a single login id.
5. While undertaking the assignments, including field assignments, you will strictly follow the guidelines indicated to you in the Course and will not undertake any fraudulent, illegal or unethical act and will not mis-represent the insurance career to a potential candidate.
6. The agents recruited by you will be coached, mentored and nurtured by you.
7. You will train your agents on the content of the pre-licensing examination, your company products, underwriting and proposal form, claim procedures, legal aspects of selling life insurance, sales process skills, and other areas that a recruited agent needs training.
8. You will not encourage your agents to offer rebates or to mis-sell in any manner.
9. You will strive to make your agents knowledgeable, skillful, and confident enough to sell in a professional and ethical manner.
10. You may be disqualified from the Course if any of the conditions above are not fulfilled. Fee once paid will not be refunded. Disqualified persons will forfeit their fee and in case such disqualified persons want to undertake the Course once again they will have to register afresh, once again.
