- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

- Website refers to IIST eLearning Portal, accessible from https://www.iistpune.in.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Our refund policy is as follows:
Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training
For Recruitment Ki Shakti:
Raise refund request within 3 days of purchase of course. Money back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed the goldmine in part1 of the course or downloaded any of our study materials, videos, or any supporting materials on the course from our site. Any refund request beyond 3 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
The maximum days to process your refund request is 10 working days from the date of request. Please note that only valid refund request will be processed.
